You have decided to do a renovation and now you have the ceiling as next. What to do with it, what is the best way of finishing. Another possibility which is not very expensive and looks nice - is to decorate the ceiling with special tile – it is light and sticks well. Nevertheless, it won’t look great everywhere and nowadays this variant is not attractive anymore. Decorators use difficult constructions more frequently, for instance, strip and board ceiling or stretch ceiling. In this way you need a team of experienced experts who will make these ceilings. It is impossible to do this job independently. Gypsum, special bracing, installation of hidden conductors, all these things need training and experience. You should take into account that height will be lost some centimetres. For example, suspended ceiling may require about 10 centimetres and it might be a serious loss. Stretch ceiling is a better solution: no dust or dirt and doesn’t need any additional care. There is an incredible number of designs. Stretch ceilings have rather simple construction and ceiling will be lower just by 2 centimetres. You will notice that however only if you have a visual judgement and tape measure. Gloss surface, deep colour and mirror framings will make your room visually higher. Certainly, the price of these ceilings is rather expensive, so if you have limited amount of money for renovation better to chose simpler variant of design. On the other hand maybe it is better to save money on furniture?
